PROPOSED RULES & REGULATIONS

On October 2, 2017, Central Valley Electric Cooperative will file Advice Notice 50, proposing new rules and regulations with the New Mexico Public Regualtion Commission. The purpose of this filing is to update and clarify CVE's rules and regulations to more accurately reflect CVE's current business practices.
