Nominating Committee Set to Meet

Per Central Valley Electric Cooperative's Bylaws, a nominating committee has been appointed by the co-op's
Board of Trustees. This committee is responsible for nominating individuals to serve a three-year term on the
Board.

Individuals nominated will be voted on at CVE's drive-thru annual meeting on Saturday, February 28.
The nominating committee will meet on Thursday, January 29, at 9:00 a.m. at the co-op to make nominations for
the following Board Districts.
District 1 (Artesia/Lakewood)
District 2 (Loco Hills)
District 4 (Dexter/Hagerman)
District 5 (South of Roswell)
District 7 (Hope)
